About the project
The task on ‘Visual Explanation’ was to research content on a topic from various sources, edit
it down to a basic message and then communicate that message through a time-based visual explanation (movie or video). The project had to explore ways of communicating a message
with time as a design element along with words, pictures, sound and motion.

Each one of us in the class got a different issue to work with and my topic was 'nutrition and
lifestyle'. After researching on the topic, I planned and executed to communicate the harmfulness
of sugar through a video.
